We're building workflow and data intelligence infrastructure for consulting, private equity, and M&A teams. Our platform transforms raw expert-call data into clean, structured intelligence that powers billion-dollar decisions at top advisory firms.You'll join a lean engineering team with direct access to founders, meaningful equity, and full ownership of critical product surfaces. We're profitable, SOC 2 certified, and shipping to sophisticated customers weekly.What You'll BuildHigh-performance data surfaces that handle complex research workflows at scale. You'll design and build React + TypeScript interfaces for analysts and consultants who need instant access to structured intelligence extracted from thousands of expert calls.Your work will span the full stack: building responsive, data-heavy UIs on the frontend and architecting ingestion pipelines, metadata models, and APIs on the backend. You'll ship features that go directly into production workflows at top-tier firms.What You'll Own- End-to-end product features from design through deployment- Architecture decisions for data-heavy UI components and backend services- Performance optimization for complex data transformations and visualizations- Technical direction for product surfaces handling high-volume structured data- Direct collaboration with founders on product roadmap and technical strategyRequirements- 5–10+ years building production full-stack applications- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js in production environments- Track record in designing and scaling data-intensive applications- Experience with metadata modeling, data pipelines, or structured data workflows- Proven ability to own features from concept to production- Strong product intuition and ability to work directly with users- Previous work at top VC-backed startups, FAANG, or elite infra/quant teams- US Citizen (required)- Based in NYC or willing to relocateNice-to-Haves- Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or data/analytics platforms- Background in consulting, private equity, or financial services workflows- Familiarity with LLM integration, embeddings, or semantic search- Experience building compliance-ready or SOC 2 environments- Contributions to high-quality open source projectsWhy This RoleEarly engineering team with meaningful equity and direct impact on architecture.
