A company is looking for an IT Solution Analyst III. Key Responsibilities Deliver business outcomes by partnering with internal teams to understand and address service excellence needs Establish technology standards and provide expert advice on application design and system processes Analyze complex customer needs and support the research of new developments in systems and applications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field Four to seven years of experience in reporting and/or analytics in various sectors such as clinical or financial Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects independently Technical skills in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications Knowledge of cross-functional departments to provide relevant guidance and leadership
