Manufacturing Operator I (First Shift)

The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Responsibilities:· Operate and monitor labeling and packaging equipment, performing adjustments to maintain smooth operations and ensure high-quality output· Complete filling, labeling, and packaging processes while strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Documents· Accurately complete production paperwork including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, and quality checks (fill and torque checks)· Maintain clean and sanitized work areas while following ISO 13485 guidelines and all safety procedures, including safe chemical handlingRequirements:· High School Diploma or GED required; ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and SOPs· Basic knowledge of packaging techniques, labeling equipment, and record retention practices· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and computational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and safely handle chemicals and hazardous materialsPerks:· Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM· Weekly paycheck· Pay: $18.00/hour· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
