Requirements:Requires a high school diploma or GED; A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.Strong work tenure: two to four years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a manufacturing settingAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, areas, circumference, and volume.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and Google suite.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyMust have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, Leadership Team, customers, and vendorsProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and responseDemonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilityWhat you will do:Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the VP of Sales including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence, PowerPoints, excel spread sheets and other tasks.Works closely and effectively with the VP of Sales to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping them updated.Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Sales team and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management.Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Records and distributes minutes at Sales and Project Management staff and other meetings; Manages follow-up on all action items.Maintains and distributes various reports to assist the Sales and Retail teams.Maintains and manages a current, comprehensive system of legal document tracking and filing.Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements.Creates reports under general instruction and displays data to support needs, generates existing reports, and distributes reports as needed. ·Establishes and maintains filing systems for records, files, and documentation.
