Remote Maintenance Technician

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. We need a PART-TIME Maintenance technician for a manufactured home in Nehalem Bay Oregon.This is a PART-TIME 15 hours per week job, Monday thru Friday.Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings, preforms unit turnovers, and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.Completes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects as needed.Assists landscapers when directed in maintaining all common areas, grounds, vacant and abandoned yards/spaces, RV storage area, landscaping, trees, shrubs, hedges, bushes, etc. Maintains and cleans recreation building and laundry facilities.Maintains and tests all Community equipment including vehicles, lawn mowing/weeding equipment, various other landscaping tools, miscellaneous tools, etc.Paint and/or repair Community structures as necessary and only with direction from supervisor.Helps to rebuild and maintain the Community owned carports.Winterizes outside faucets in all Community owned buildings.Assists other maintenance workers as needed with other projects.Has good customer services skills.Follows policies and procedures and observes safety and security procedures.Uses equipment and materials properly.Asks for and offers help when needed.18-18 Hourly Wage
