Hermann purchased his first truck, the Hermann name has since stood for integrity, value, service and logistics expertise.About the Role: Northeast - New Castle, DE Warehouse ManagerThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations with a specialized focus on the safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials and product. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous substances, maintaining a secure and efficient environment for employees and inventory. The manager leads a team to optimize warehouse workflows, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment while prioritizing safety protocols. They collaborate closely with logistics, safety team, and regulatory agencies to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets, personnel, and the environment by managing hazardous materials with the highest standards of care and professionalism.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience managing warehouse operations (Required), including at least 1 year specifically handling hazardous materials (Preferred).Certification in hazardous materials handling and safety (e.g., OSHA HAZWOPER, DOT Hazmat).
