Line Cook

Seeking highly motivated individuals to assist in nightly kitchen operations. Nightly duties consist of but are not limited to, creating and preparing pasta dishes according to customers specifications, inspect and ensure the quality of ingredients used in dishes, prepare station to guarantee successful kitchen operations, communicate with other team members to insure all food items are presented at the same time. Must be able to work nights and weekends, Tuesday thru Saturday, have strong communication skills, must be able to lift 20-30 pounds. Closed Sunday and Monday. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Check quality of ingredients Skills - Experience in the food industry or culinary field - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Ability to follow all sanitation procedures - Excellent time management skills - Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning If you are passionate about food and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you join our team as a Line Cook.
