Server/Bartender

As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving members and guests of the club, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of service/bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. * Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed to support the restaurant team. * Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage tabs for customers. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings for guests. * Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. *Skills* * Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently. * Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and increase revenue. * Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
