SAP Functional | SAP Finance -- SAP QA ManagerWork Location: Chicago, IL 60604 (Onsite-Hybrid. Will consider candidates willing to relocate to clients location) Contract duration: 5 Months Visa Status: ONLY GC AND USC Must Have Skills: SAP QA Manager Responsibilities include establishing the Quality Governance Model, managing phase entry/exit criteria, leading daily defect triage, ensuring environment and test data readiness, and maintaining full Requirements-To-Test-case Traceability. This position must be filled by a leader with 10+ years of enterprise QA experience across ERP/WMS/TMS/automation landscapes. The role must produce standardized dashboards, quality metrics, phase exit reports, and continuous improvement recommendations, while driving alignment through Medlines PMO and governance boards. In addition to leadership and governance responsibilities, the QA Manager must bring hands-on expertise with enterprise testing toolsincluding UFT, Playwright, Katalon, or equivalent frameworksand demonstrate strong proficiency in performance/volume testing tools such as Neo Load (or equivalent). The role also oversees automation strategy, CI/CD integration, reusable test asset development, and scalable regression suites.
