Warehouse AdministratorWe are in search of a Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse processes and exceptional customer service. To support the Warehouse Manager with projects and operational initiatives, providing backup for other administrative functions, and participates in continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall warehouse performance.Responsibilities Include:Provide assistance with the driver check-in process and return paperwork (invoices and credits)Responsible for daily shipping and transfers printing and billingResearch and resolve discrepancies with transfers and shippersDocu-ware Uploads: Upload necessary documents to Docu-ware system for record-keeping and complianceDrivers Incomplete Route Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to incomplete routes, collaborating with drivers and operations teamBO Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve back-order issues, collaborating with operations teamsAssist Warehouse Manager: Provide support with various tasks, projects, and operational initiatives as neededPerform special projects and tasks assigned by the Ops managerAttend and participate in all safety meetingsAdditional duties or special projects as assigned.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A minimum of 1 year of experience in Warehouse, preferred, but open to entry level candidates.High school Diploma or equivalent experienceAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbersBasic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, tools such as scanners, and data entry tasksBasic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Strong communications skills, problem-solving abilities and leadership qualitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as neededPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs and walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance throughout shiftCompensation & Benefits:BradyPLUS offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
