Technical Course Developer / Learning Content Specialist Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 (Onsite/Hybrid confirm schedule) Employment Type: Contract (W2) Duration: 6 months About the Role We''re seeking a Learning Content Specialist to support the development and implementation of learning programs for a leading medical technology organization. You''ll partner with subject matter experts and instructional designers to build and update eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments then implement that content across enterprise learning platforms. This role blends instructional design craft with hands-on technical implementation and QA. What You''ll Do Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update learning content Conduct peer review and QA of learning deliverables Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and implementation administrators to publish training content across enterprise learning platforms (LMS, Seismic, and internal learning systems) Track training content accurately throughout the implementation and translation process, providing regular status updates Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during implementation and evaluation Identify opportunities to streamline the content implementation process Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design and development improvements What You''ll Bring 24 years of relevant professional experience in instructional design / learning content development Hands-on experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments Demonstrated application of adult learning theory Experience collaborating with SMEs and other instructional designers to create learning content Ability to work within established instructional design processes, tools, and templates Ability to review and sign off on applicable technical and/or clinical content Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple development projects and deadlines Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills A portfolio or work samples is required Required Software Proficiency Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline Camtasia MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Smartsheet or an equivalent project management tool Education Bachelor''s degree, or completion of a relevant certificate / bootcamp program Preferred Qualifications 12 years of experience in a biotech or medical device organization Degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design/Technology, Education, or Science/Engineering Experience delivering training in a professional or classroom setting Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency How to Apply Please include a portfolio or work samples with your application these are required for consideration.bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
