You\'ll collaborate closely with team members, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high performance standards, and creating an environment where every team member can excel.

Key Job Responsibilities Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign job duties with precision and empathy
Track performance metrics, verify standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Provide constructive feedback, coach team members on safety protocols, and facilitate professional growth
Oversee work area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proactively address potential safety concerns
Provide backup support for area managers and maintain comprehensive understanding of workflow dynamics
Basic Qualifications 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience
Awareness and willingness to use OPEX tools and techniques
Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization
History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals
Experience leading teams
Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment
Organization and time management skills

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
