A company is looking for a Senior Surety Client Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues Communicate with underwriters regarding account status and bond approvals Gather information from prospective clients and assist in resolving accounting issues Required Qualifications P&C licensed 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment Insurance-related and other professional designations are desirable Ability to learn and utilize EPIC Willingness to participate in surety industry events
