Software Sales Manager

To drive platform usage and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Software Sales Manager will manage customer relationships, lead sales teams, and oversee revenue growth initiatives within the pharmaceutical and highly regulated industries. Key responsibilitiesOwn achievement of team revenue objectives, including new business acquisition and customer retention targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention Provide strategic coaching and support to sales teams to improve sales effectiveness and revenue performanceRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of SaaS account management, customer success, or sales leadership experience Strong understanding of software and pharmaceutical regulatory environments Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools Prior experience in coaching or leading sales/account teams is strongly preferred
