Packaging Design Lead (Hands-On)

We’re working with a well-established packaging / printing company in the Quakertown, PA area that’s looking to add a hands-on Packaging Design Lead.This is a true player-coach role. You’ll still be doing the design work day-to-day but also helping guide a small team and keep projects moving.Looking for someone with:· Structural packaging design experience (Artios CAD is a big plus)· Background in corrugated, folding carton, or rigid packaging· Some level of leadership or team oversightYou’ll be involved from concept through production and work closely with both internal teams and customers.Good company, solid culture, and a place where you can actually make an impact.If it sounds like something you’d want to hear more about, shoot me a message.Work Authorization:Applicants must have valid, independent authorization to work in the United States.
