This leader is accountable for 24hour performance across all shifts, setting direction, driving consistent execution, and ensuring the lines deliver on safety, quality, productivity, technical efficiency, cost, and service.The Line Pair Lead influences across functions, develops strong and capable teams, and ensures disciplined operating routines that enable sustainable, best-in-class line performance.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Line OwnershipOwn overall performance for two manufacturing lines across a 24‑hour operating windowMaintain full accountability for Safety, Quality, Productivity, TE, Cost, and Service KPIsSet the daily agenda and operating priorities for all shiftsEnsure consistent standards, expectations, and execution across the entire operationPeople Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, coach, and develop team members across all shiftsBuild capability in safety leadership, quality ownership, technical skills, problem solving, and continuous improvementEnsure appropriate staffing, skill coverage, and succession planningFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, engagement, and high performanceShift & Line LeadershipLead line structure meetings, shift handoffs, and daily performance reviewsEnsure clear communication, alignment, and execution across all shiftsDrive disciplined adherence to standard work and operating routinesOperational Excellence & ProductivityPartner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and other functional teams to:Develop and execute strategies to improve line performancePlan and coordinate downtime and down day executionDeliver productivity, reliability, and cost improvement initiativesLead root cause problem solving and continuous improvement effortsSafety & Quality LeadershipChampion a people first safety culture with proactive risk reductionEnsure product quality standards are met or exceeded on every shiftActively coach teams to own safety and quality outcomesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent KPI performance across both assigned linesHighly engaged, capable teams with strong ownership mindsetClear, disciplined execution across all shiftsImproved productivity, reliability, and technical efficiencyA deeply embedded safety and quality cultureCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
