Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager supports key marketing initiatives that drive traffic and brand engagement across our network of stores. This role works closely within the Marketing Team to create and manage promotional programs, art elements for in-store, social media and other marketing channels —ensuring messaging resonates with our customer base.Some of what you will do as the Marketing Manager:Work with the Marketing Team for social media and other digital channels content. Work with Graphic Designer on creation and delivery of creative files. Program digital signage at the store level. Coordinate Out-of-Home (OOH) billboard campaigns. Manage Jacksons website content. Manage Brand consistency across all channels & departments, including photo shoots. Manage Promotional programs. Additional projects/tasks as assigned. You’ll be a great fit if you have:A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in media management, digital marketing, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Proficiency in WordPress & other web applications a plus. The ability to multitask, as well as prioritize and delegate activities as needed. A history of being detail oriented, because the smallest details matter. Demonstrated ability to use creative thinking to bring new ideas. Flexible ability to pivot when needed.
