Regional Support BCBA
Overview:
The Regional Support BCBA provides in-person clinical oversight to clients and behavior technicians across various service locations, including clinic, home, and community settings. This role allows a seasoned BCBA to focus on client programming and staff training, including support for Lead RBTs and entry-level BCBAs. The Regional Support BCBA works closely with Clinic Directors and the Regional Director to support leadership tasks as assigned, ensuring that clinical practices are aligned with BrightPath Behavior’s standards and protocols.

Position Goals and Essential Job Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians.
Develop and maintain effective treatment plans in line with BrightPath Behavior’s philosophy and protocols.
Conduct initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL) and develop individualized treatment plans to meet clients’ goals.
Review and analyze client progress, ensuring high clinical excellence and effective skill acquisition.
Provide consistent formal and informal feedback to ABA service providers, ensuring treatment integrity and adherence to BACB standards.
Engage in professional development opportunities and support staff training.
Collaborate with other service providers to ensure a continuum of care for clients and their families.
Participate in leadership activities, including mentoring entry-level BCBAs and providing clinic coverage when needed.
Support marketing outreach to community partners and prospective clients.
Caseload and Billable Hours:
The weekly billable hour expectations are 30 billable hours per week. The caseload and weekly billable hour requirements are determined by the clinic operations leadership team and are subject to change per business need, ensuring flexibility to adapt to varying demands.
Additional Duties (As Assigned):
Participate in hiring and training new employees.
Supervise candidates earning independent fieldwork hours.
Attend required meetings and conferences as business allows.
Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Organizational Structure - Reports to: Regional Director or as defined per company organizational chart
Key Performance Indicators:
Refer to clinic metrics for the assigned region.
Refer to BCBA Matrix and/or annual performance review.
Position Qualifications and Credentials:
Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers.
Valid, current driver’s license & current car insurance on vehicle.
CPR/BLS certification.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of autism and other developmental disorders.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Ability to work on a team collaboratively and cooperatively.
Willing to learn and implement new skills.
Salary Range: $80k-$90k, plus up to $1500 per quarter based on personal performance.
