Structures Installation Mechanic 4D (650D4D) | Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States Job Summary: Structures Installation Mechanic 4D (650D4D)About the RoleJoin a leading aerospace manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK as a Structures Installation Mechanic 4D. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you'll collaborate on advanced projects for 787, 737, 777, and defense programs, ensuring the precision assembly and installation of structural and system components. You will train on 1st shift and must be available for any shift, including overtime, as needed. This is a 3-month contract position with a competitive pay rate of $55-$59/hr.Responsibilities- Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect structural and system components using technical drawings, documents, and specifications- Perform functional tests and ensure fit, form, and function of assemblies and components- Utilize shop mathematics, precision measuring, and test instruments for quality assurance- Operate both conventional and CNC/fastening equipment for sub-assemblies and end items- Identify and report discrepancies per quality control procedures- Conduct routine minor machine maintenance and support Total Preventative Maintenance activities- Move products within the manufacturing area and manage related documentation and transactions- Train and assist fellow team members in assembly, installation, and inspection techniques- Cross-train in inspection processes and achieve SIA qualification- Support continuous product flow and contribute to process improvementsRequired Skills and Experience- 1-2 years of relevant experience in structural assembly, installation, and inspection- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and process documents- Skills: Install, assemble, inspect, seal, rig- Experience using shop math, measurement, and test instruments- Ability to work various shifts and perform overtime as neededPreferred Skills- Experience with assembly/installation of doors, integral fuel cell sealing, precision bench assembly, pressure and vacuum testing- Prior exposure to aerospace manufacturing or defense applicationsBenefits- Competitive hourly pay ($55-$59/hr)- Paid overtime opportunities- Hands-on experience with industry-leading aerospace projects- Skill development and cross-training opportunities- Collaborative work environment with potential for career advancementHow to Apply
