This role focuses on building enterprise-scale resiliency solutions that support hundreds of applications and millions of investors.The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with deep expertise in JavaScript, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. This position requires someone who can design, build, and operate resilient applications in large-scale production environments while contributing to cutting-edge reliability engineering initiatives.You will work on high-impact projects involving OpenTelemetry integrations, distributed tracing, incident automation, AI-enhanced diagnostics, and modern resiliency engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support scalable resiliency solutions for enterprise applications. Build and maintain full-stack applications with heavy interaction across APIs and databases. Implement distributed tracing and observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and related tools. Develop automation solutions for incident response and operational workflows. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. Design and operate microservices-based applications in production environments at scale. Integrate AI-powered capabilities and modern development tooling into user interfaces and operational platforms. Participate in architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Drive innovation around resilience engineering, diagnostics, and system monitoring. Required QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in JavaScript across both frontend and backend/server-side environments. Strong experience building full-stack applications with APIs and databases. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native infrastructure. Proven experience designing, developing, and operating distributed systems at scale. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and production operations. Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and observability tools. Familiarity with AI development tools and integrating AI-driven functionality into user interfaces. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive engineering mindset. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment. Preferred SkillsExperience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing. Exposure to automation frameworks and incident management tooling. Experience working in enterprise-scale production environments. Knowledge of modern monitoring, logging, and diagnostics platforms.
