Workday Consultant Location: Fully RemoteProject will be setting up and configuring FMLA for a Workday systemIntegrating Absence Management module with the Compensation module within WorkdayWill communicate with the integration team on a consistent basisMust have skills/technologies:Workday HCM ExperienceExperience with setting up and configuring FMLA within a systemExperience with Workday Absence Management, and Compensation or Talent Management modulesFamiliar with the integration process - don't need hands on experience with integrating modules, just need to understand the processTechnical, but also functional - will be communicating with integrations team for requirementsCalc fields experience, as wellRequired Skills: Workday, Workday HCM Modules, FMLA experience, hands on experience with Workday Absence Management.
