Follow us on social media @crepesalatte POSITION OVERVIEW: The Hospitality Ambassador’s mission is to support the successful execution of our hospitality services, locally and nationally, by providing exceptional service, maintaining a professional standard that differentiates from our competitors and being an integral part of a team that are enthusiastic, adaptable, and engaging. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A Hospitality Ambassador supports our hospitality management team in executing our hospitality services and equipment at tradeshows. They execute the company’s standard operating procedures including: Supports service by preparing espresso-based and trendy beverages, as well as specialty food items within tradeshow booths at events nationwide. Greet guests and represent our customers’ brands in a professional manner. Works with the Operations team to execute assigned tasks. Adheres to company policies on food/beverage preparation, serving, portion control, service and other hospitality standards and guidelines (uniform, grooming, travel protocols). National events include travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multi-day hospitality events to support. Available to support 10-15 plus events per year. Each event is approximately 3 days plus travel and can encompass both weekday and weekend events. Communicates in a professional manner that represents company values. Adheres to company safety and expense policies. Provides feedback on areas of improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably as a barista. Experience with Food & Beverage services. Available weekends and some evenings during our high season (March – June and mid Sept – early December). Can work in a highly autonomous setting and is a self-starter. Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills. Ability to travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multi-day hospitality events. Ability to lift 50 lbs. + with minimal support. Ability to stand for 8+ hours for multiple days in a row. Hospitality management, barista, culinary or baking background a plus. The pay range for this role is: 25 - 25 USD per hour(Chicago, Illinois) 25 - 25 USD per hour(Orlando, Florida) 25 - 25 USD per hour(New Orleans, Louisiana)
