This is a hands-on systems leadership role, not a traditional BSA position.Must HaveHands-on Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) experienceLed at least 1 full-cycle WMS implementation from design through go-live/hypercareStrong WMS integration & systems experience – APIs, ERP/OMS/TMS, data flowsStrong warehouse operations knowledge: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returnsExperience with WMS configuration, testing, cutover and go-liveStrong vendor, stakeholder and implementation management experience8+ years of WMS experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the MAWM workstream and serve as the client-side MAWM SMELead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing and go-liveManage integrations with OMS, ERP, e-commerce, TMS and carrier systemsPartner with warehouse operations and translate business requirements into system solutionsLead testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live hypercareManage implementation partners and validate technical recommendationsWMOS CandidatesWMOS-only candidates may be considered if they have strong Cloud/SaaS, API integration, plug-ins/extensibility, event-driven architecture, and the ability to translate WMOS concepts into MAWM.PreferredRetail, e-commerce, consumer goods or distribution experienceGreenfield distribution center experienceManhattan OMS experienceWarehouse automation integration experiencePower BI/Tableau or similar reporting experienceAgile/Waterfall experience
