We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), to spearhead the next phase of our innovation and evolution.The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the organization's artificial intelligence strategy. This role bridges business objectives, product vision, and technical capabilities to ensure AI investments drive measurable value. The AI Transformation Lead partners closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, data, legal, and operations teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and scale responsible AI adoption across the company.This role is equal parts strategist, translator, and operator setting direction while ensuring real world execution.Job DescriptionAI Strategy & VisionDefine and maintain a clear, company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and long-term roadmapIdentify high-impact AI use cases across products, operations, risk, customer experience, and internal workflowsEstablish success metrics (ROI, efficiency, quality, revenue impact) for AI initiativesPortfolio & Program LeadershipOwn the AI initiative portfolio: prioritization, sequencing, and resourcingTranslate business problems into AI opportunities and ensure solutions are pragmatic and scalableDrive pilots from concept to production, ensuring measurable outcomesSunset or pivot initiatives that do not deliver valueCross-Functional ExecutionPartner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver AI solutionsAct as the primary interface between executive leadership and technical teams for AI-related decisionsEnsure AI initiatives are embedded into core workflows, not isolated experimentsGovernance, Risk & Responsible AIEstablish AI governance frameworks covering transparency, security, and regulatory complianceEnsure responsible use of generative AI, machine learning, and automation technologiesMonitor evolving AI regulations and industry standards; adapt strategy accordinglyEnablement & Change ManagementEducate executives and leaders on AI capabilities, limitations, and trade-offsBuild internal AI literacy through frameworks, playbooks, and best practicesInfluence culture change to support AI-driven decision-making and automationMarket & Technology AwarenessStay current on AI trends, platforms, vendors, and tooling (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, MLOps)Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and manage key AI vendor relationshipsAssess competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation through AIQualifications8–12+ years of experience in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting rolesDemonstrated experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy to executionStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and data-driven systems (technical depth without needing to code daily)Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at the executive levelExperience working in highly regulated or complex environments preferredThe average base salary for this role is $155,000 - $160,000 USD and eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
