Inventory Coordinator
Position: Inventory CoordinatorReports to: Manager of PrefabricationLocation: Gahanna, OhioPay Range: $21 - $30 per hour (Eligible for Overtime)We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.Superior is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and asset management at our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility (ALF). This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, organizing and distributing materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintained. This role is based at our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility in Gahanna, Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesKeep orders accurate and up to date in the Inventory Management System (IMS)Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, resolving discrepancies as neededOperate a forklift to safely move, store, and distribute materials within ALFPull materials so teams always have what they needConduct daily cycle counts and support regular inventory auditsSupport facility operations, including tool management, material organization, and general upkeepMaintain a clean, safe work environment by following all company and OSHA safety standardsOther duties as assignedYour Character TraitsYou’re exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detailYou’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across the organizationYou have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is neededYou’re responsible and can be entrusted with company materials and assetsYour ExpertiseRequired: You have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or material handling roleRequired: You can lift at least 50 pounds and are comfortable with a physical job (walking, standing, bending, carrying, and climbing)Required: You have an active forklift certification or you are willing to obtain one — Superior will provide certification and training through an approved third-party program before your first day of employmentBonus Points: You have experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environmentBonus Points: You have experience with inventory systems or ERP softwareBonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationOur BenefitsWe offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
