Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Fontana, CA (Onsite)Schedule: Monday–FridayStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking for a Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support cross-border logistics activities. This is an urgent opening due to a departing supervisor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with warehouse management experience and strong English/Mandarin communication skills to collaborate with teams in China.Relocation candidates across the U.S. are welcome.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise and lead full-time warehouse staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance managementDrive employee engagement, retention, and disciplinary actions when necessaryFoster a positive, safety-focused team environmentPerformance & ProductivityImplement strategies to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiencyProvide consistent, fair feedback and coaching to team membersMonitor KPIs and ensure performance targets are metWarehouse OperationsOversee daily warehouse activities and workflow executionConduct operational meetings to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulationsEnsure accurate scheduling and high-quality task completionMaintain inventory accuracy and facility securityScheduling & ReportingManage employee schedules and time-off requests with minimal operational impactPrepare and distribute daily operational reportsCustomer & Stakeholder SupportDeliver excellent service to internal teams and external partnersSupport cross-border logistics coordination with China-based teamsQualifications:EducationBachelor's degree or higherExperienceMinimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics management experienceExperience in 3PL environments strongly preferredSkillsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environmentKnowledge of logistics operations and service providers preferredLanguageFluent in English and Mandarin (business level required)Must be able to communicate effectively with teams in ChinaCompensation & BenefitsSalaryBase Salary: $75,000+ (negotiable for strong candidates)Year-end bonus: typically 2+ months of base salaryRelocation SupportHousing subsidy: $500–$1,000/month for the first yearBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision: 100% employer-paid401(k) with 3% company matchVisa sponsorship available for qualified candidatesPTO:Year 1: 6 daysYear 2: 8 days (accrual increases with tenure)Sick Leave: 5 daysPaid Holidays: 6–7 days
