All applications other candidates will be disqualifiedOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Digital Commerce Manager to support our US Luxe Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This role is focused on optimizing the end-to-end site experience across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands, ensuring compliance, driving customer satisfaction, and enabling scalable ecommerce enhancements.You will partner cross-functionally with CDMO, legal, merchandising, and brand teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that directly impacts conversion, retention, and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Experience & OptimizationSupport ongoing optimization of the DTC site experience across multiple luxury brandsExecute site updates and enhancements to improve usability, conversion, and customer journeyLegal Compliance & Content GovernanceEnsure all brand sites remain compliant with evolving legal and regulatory requirementsManage intake and execution of compliance-related updates (e.g., legal copy, disclosures) by opening tickets and coordinating implementation across platformsSubscription & Retention ProgramsOwn and maintain evergreen auto-replenishment/subscription programs across 8 brandsOptimize subscription experience to drive retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime valueCustomer Feedback & Continuous ImprovementMonitor and analyze customer feedback on a monthly basis across all sitesIdentify trends, pain points, and opportunities; develop and execute action plans to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and site performancePartner with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancementsRoadmap & Project ManagementManage and track digital roadmap initiatives in partnership with CDMO and cross-functional stakeholdersCoordinate the rollout of key ecommerce features (e.g., cart, checkout enhancements) across brands to drive adoption and scalabilitySalesforce Commerce Cloud ExecutionExecute merchandising and site management tasks within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Support feature enablement and ongoing site maintenance within the platformQualificationsRequired Experience3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or DTC operationsExperience supporting multi-brand or high-volume ecommerce environments (beauty, luxury, or CPG preferred)Technical & Platform ExpertiseHands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) strongly preferredFamiliarity with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Jira or similar)Core SkillsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with experience translating customer feedback into actionable insightsHigh attention to detail, particularly in compliance-driven environmentsCore CompetenciesExecution Excellence: Delivers high-quality work with precision and attention to detailCustomer-Centric Thinking: Prioritizes improvements that enhance the customer experience and satisfactionCross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively partners with technical, legal, and business teamsAgility & Ownership: Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving prioritiesData-Driven Decision Making: Uses feedback and performance data to inform actions and improvementsImpactThis role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-performing digital experience across our Luxe DTC portfolio-directly influencing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.**About Aquent Talent:**Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
