We work for our clients, and we work for one another.Here’s a Glimpse Into Your Day To DayProvide technical support for chemical manufacturing operations and batch processing systems. Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, throughput, yield, reliability, and operating efficiency. Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause investigations, and corrective action initiatives. Support Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including: Process Safety Information (PSI) Management of Change (MOC) Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) HAZOP Participation Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) Support hazardous chemical handling, solvent storage, transfer, purification, and distribution systems. Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, batch records, and engineering standards. Review and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and engineering documentation. Support design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup of new process equipment and systems. Lead process optimization initiatives utilizing data analysis and statistical process control methodologies. Support contamination control programs and manufacturing reliability initiatives. Participate in operational readiness reviews, startup planning, system walkdowns, and performance verification testing. Support process validation, recipe verification, and production readiness activities. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Project teams to ensure safe and effective project execution. Prepare technical reports, engineering recommendations, and project documentation. Support facility expansion projects, equipment upgrades, and capacity improvement initiatives. You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You HaveBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, advanced materials, semiconductor chemicals, or related industrial environments. Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and requirements. Strong working knowledge of: Hazardous chemical handling and storage PHA and HAZOP methodologies Management of Change (MOC) PSSR execution and startup activities Process troubleshooting and root cause analysis Process instrumentation and controls Pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and heat exchangers Utility systems including chilled water, compressed air, and nitrogen Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and process documentation. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting commissioning and startup activities. Experience within highly regulated manufacturing environments. Experience with solvent purification systems, specialty chemicals, or semiconductor-grade materials. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
