Position: Senior Finance ManagerLocation: Torrance CAShift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $80/hr (negotiable)Duration: 7-month Contract (Coverage for Leave of Absence)Key Responsibilities:• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to drive cost efficiency and financial performance • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, including submissions in HFM/OneStream • Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and margin analysis across manufacturing operations • Analyze manufacturing variances (labor, overhead, volume, mix) and provide actionable insights • Support capital planning through NPV, IRR, and ROI analysis for investment decisions • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and maintain strong SOX-compliant controls • Lead month-end close activities and present financial insights to senior leadership • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiencyRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred) • 8–12+ years of experience in operations finance or manufacturing finance • Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial modeling • Experience with ERP systems (D365/AX, SAP, Oracle) • Hands-on experience with HFM or OneStream (Required) • Advanced Excel and analytical skills • Leadership experience is a plus
