Hospice Clinical Liaison

Role Description This is an on-site role based in Dalton, GA for a Hospice Clinical Liaison. The Hospice Clinical Liaison will be responsible for fostering relationships with healthcare providers, identifying and developing business opportunities, coordinating with case managers, and supporting patient transitions into hospice care. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of hospice services and provide compassionate support to patients and their families. Qualifications Hospice and / or Palliative care experience strongly preferredProficiency in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approachAbility to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams and engage with healthcare providersCurrent licensure as a RN or LPN required
