General Ledger Implementation Conversion (Phoenix Core Banking)

Need very good understanding of general ledger (GL) by examining data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers. Validates and balances all transactions being mapped to general ledger. What you will be doing: Working closely with the software team, you will create data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how system transactions will be mapped to general ledger. As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs, shares with customer reports and application specific data that reflects how conversion data will be processed. You will review conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements. Work closely with the formal customer to gain acceptance of results. What you will need: Strong banking or banking operations background with General Ledger and/or reconcilement experience required. Knowledge of Phoenix core Banking system preferred. Deposit processing and operation experience. Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools Human relations, negotiation and documentation skills with high attention to detail Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
