Schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance/recall work Greet customers and answer questions. Offer additional services and products including special promotions Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work Review work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction Qualifications - Service Advisor: Automotive Service Advisor, Auto Parts and/or Service Tech experience is preferred Basic automotive operational knowledge Excellent sales, customer service, communication, and computer skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Energetic, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and insurance High school diploma or equivalent.
