In addition to appropriate certification and/or licensure, criteria to be used is contained in 18A-4-7a of WV Code. *Preference for currently employed PCS special education certified teachers.ASSIGNMENT: * Position and schedule contingent upon student attendance/ participation / need*To work with eligible school-age student(s) in an extended year program. The goal of the program is to implement transition and academic instruction and instruction with self-help skills as stated in the IEP for individual student(s) as directed by the Director of Special Education.SALARY:Hourly rate of pay is $25.00 an hour not to exceed 35 hours a week.The position will be for 4 days a week M-Th, July 6, 2026, through July 31, 2026.Additional planning time shall be provided as needed and approved by the Director of Special Education.Holidays are not instructional or compensated days.TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: June 29, 2026 - July 31, 2026APPLICATION PROCESS:Apply online
