Customer Support Representative - 2 Needed

A manufacturing company is seeking Customer Support Representatives to serve as a critical link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime as needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage house accounts, ensure consistent communication, order accuracy, and customer satisfactionDevelop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyaltyCollaborate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistic teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentProvide accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teamsMaintain customer records, order details, and sales activities in internal systemsSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanding existing customer relationshipsImprove sales and process knowledge to better support customer needs and increase success rates
