As a General Manager, you’ll be a living example of these values while leading your team to deliver top-tier hospitality and operational excellence.What You’ll DoAs a General Manager, you’ll lead your team to success by:Building & Developing a Strong Team – Hire, train, and mentor team members and managers with intentionality and integrity.Ensuring Exceptional Guest Experiences – Create welcoming, memorable experiences by demonstrating servitude, grace, and exceptionality.Driving Sales & Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and inventory management with consistency and creativity.Fostering a Culture of Accountability – Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements, reflecting our core values.Engaging with the Local Community – Participate in marketing efforts, catering opportunities, and community events with purpose and faith.What You Bring to the TableLeadership Experience – 3-5 years as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.Strong Business Acumen – Proven ability to manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and overall restaurant performance.Passion for People – A hands-on leader who inspires, mentors, and creates a positive work environment.Guest-Centric Mindset – Committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.Operational Excellence – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Tech-Savvy (Preferred) – Experience with Microsoft Office, Restaurant365, and Schoox LMS is a plus.Flexibility is KeyThis role is based in the Central Florida area, and successful candidates should be open to leading any of our Smokehouse locations in the region.
