Role Description The Sales Manager role at CLAY COOLEY HYUNDAI MESQUITE is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas, United States. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and work to achieve dealership sales goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to drive overall dealership success. The role also entails managing inventory, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and motivating sales teamsStrong sales and negotiation expertise, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, dealership operations, and market dynamicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team membersProficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and analyzing market dataAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environmentPrior experience in automotive sales management or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
