Job Description Shift: 1st shift morning shiftStart Time: 07:30am - 04:00pmSchedule: Monday - Friday with O.T & weekendsPayrate: $18.00 - $20.00Location: Fontana CARequirements: - Must speak fluent English & Spanish- Must be available for O.T & weekends- Must pass E-Verify- Must have experience working in 3PL environment- Must have phone skills speaking to customers over the phoneJob Duties / Responsibilities:-Knowledge of MS office (Excel and word) & internet required-Working knowledge of shipping documents such as ( ie: bills of lading, packing slips, & manifests).- A minimum of 2 years of prior traffic / shipping office experience in a warehouse environment- Strong communication skills, written and verbal all with a focus on customer service is a must- Must be able to successfully interact with all levels of customers, transportation carriers & vendors- Strong decision making and organizational skills are required- Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ensure that the routing and scheduling of carriers is in compliance with customers routing/vendor standards to reduce department related charge backs.
