Entry Level Client Associate

With an increasing need for our client’s programs in the community and beyond, we are seeking new Entry Level Client Associates to help us assist in their goals. The Entry Level Client Associate focuses on learning to run, manage, and execute our community outreach events from start to finish. As an Entry Level Client Associate, you will learn to educate prospective customers on our client’s mission, attain daily fundraising goals, and practice client compliance. Ultimately, the goal for our next Entry Level Client Associate is to build a strong foundation within event management, customer relations, and professionalism to prepare for your duties within the company. Entry Level Client Associate Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, customers, and fellow team members Demonstrate strong communication skills (such as identifying actions or active listening) to understand the customer’s core values, facilitate open conversation and explain donation opportunities Work alongside other team members to most effectively achieve projected fundraising goals Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review customer satisfaction and target areas for improvement regarding their experience Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers, ensuring each interaction is both positive and memorable Entry Level Client Associate Requirements: A High School diploma or equivalent is required 0-2 years of experience in community outreach, business development, sales, customer service Willingness to learn about community outreach and our efforts in making a difference Ability to easily build rapport with a diverse customer base by utilizing active listening and interpersonal skills Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently The Culture We Provide Our Entry Level Client Associate Mentorship approach— guided leadership and hands-on-training Growth-Oriented— a culture of learning and feedback Collaborative Environment– work closely with colleagues on a regular basis Mission-Driven– passion for helping others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
