System Software Programmer

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Software Programmer to support a large agency in SC.This role focuses on developing and modernizing HR and administrative systems using Angular and .NET technologies. You'll work on high-impact initiatives involving application modernization, DevOps, and system integrations in a secure, regulated environment.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSBuild and support backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET CoreDesign and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored proceduresSupport full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenanceBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practicesPerform manual and automated testing to ensure system quality and reliabilityModernize legacy applications and improve system performanceCollaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutionsMaintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security standardsWhat You'll NeedExperience with Angular (PrimeNG required) and modern web technologiesExperience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET CoreExperience with SQL (database design, performance tuning, troubleshooting)Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)Experience with both manual and automated testingExperience documenting technical solutions and processesFamiliarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
