Senior Accountant, 90K-100K

Addison Group is partnered with a publicly traded company in search of a Senior Accountant. This role works closely with the Controller and is positioned as a future leadership opportunity within the company.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, with the majority of that experience within large publicly traded companies.This role is located in Dallas, TX and is hybrid. This role pays between $90K-100K base salary + bonus.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting in month-end close processAssist in financial reportingReview and analyze general ledger account reconciliationsGenerate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysisProduce supporting documentation for auditsDocumentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controlsMonitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metricsUtilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team membersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting required4+ years of accounting experience requiredCPA is a plusStrong understanding of GAAP and reconciliationsIf you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from Addison Group please email Chris Lawrie at chris.lawrie@addisongroup.com
