Our clients range from hyperscalers and carriers to enterprises and startups who need reliable, fast datacenter operations — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.About The Role We are building a global sales development team that operates 24/7. Our clients and prospects are spread across every time zone — when a potential customer in Tokyo needs colocation, someone should be reaching out. When a prospect in New York posts on LinkedIn about outgrowing their current DC provider, someone should be in their inbox within hours, not days. We are looking for SDRs who are mega proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in the datacenter industry. You don't wait for leads to come to you — you go find them. You research companies, identify decision-makers, craft personalized outreach, and book meetings for our sales team. You are persistent but never pushy. You are warm, professional, and knowledgeable enough about datacenter services to have a real conversation.What You'll DoProactively identify and research potential clients who need datacenter services (colocation, smart hands, remote hands, IP transit)Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book qualified meetingsEngage with inbound leads and qualify them based on our Ideal Customer ProfileResearch prospects thoroughly before outreach — understand their infrastructure needs, current setup, and pain pointsMaintain and update CRM records with every interactionWork with the sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequencesMonitor industry news, forums (PeeringDB, NANOG, RIPE), and LinkedIn for buying signalsProvide daily activity reports: calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, pipeline createdCover your assigned shift to ensure 24/7 global sales coverageYour KPIsQualified meetings booked: 15+ per monthOutreach volume: 50+ personalized touchpoints per day (email + LinkedIn + calls)Response rate: 10%+ on outbound sequencesCRM hygiene: 100% of interactions logged, pipeline always currentMeeting show rate: 80%+ of booked meetings actually happenCompensation and TermsMonthly retainer: EUR 600–800 depending on experiencePerformance bonus: EUR 25–50 per qualified meeting booked (paid monthly)Arrangement: Freelance / Contractor — you invoice us monthlyHours: Full-time, 40 hours/weekTime tracking: Hubstaff is required for all team members — this is how hours are verified for billingPerformance reviews: Every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then monthly.
