Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service in both cashiering and bartending capacities Operate POS system (Toast) for accurate order processing and transactions Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and alcohol regulations Manage cash handling tasks with accuracy, including cash register operations, balancing tills, and processing payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and cashier stations Assist with food handling, serving, and catering setups during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclub functions Engage with customers to promote sales, upsell menu items, and enhance overall guest experience through friendly interaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours effectively Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience in bartending or beverage preparation is highly desirable; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is a plus Join us as a vital part of our new store launch!
