Executive Chef

Executive ChefWe are looking to add an experienced, motivated fine dining chef executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. This is an opportunity to run a BOH, fine dining operation in one of Manhattan's most prestigious, landmark, residential buildings.Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events.Must-haves: At least five years of progressive culinary experience in a fine dining setting. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements.
