Job Summary
Beefaroo is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, coaching others, maintaining high standards and being a people person.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
Deliver great customer service and resolve issues professionally
Maintain food safety, labeling, and quality standards
Train and coach team members on stations and procedures
Assist with inventory, order corrections, and basic admin tasks
Monitor labor, attendance, and breaks; adjust staffing as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, organized restaurant environment
Oversee drive-thru speed and order accuracy
Complete opening/closing procedures and store checks
Uphold company policies and model professional behavior
Qualifications
Prior restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to high standards
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
