Financial Analyst Responsibilities
Turn Data into Insight
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for leadership
Build out variance analysis and clearly explain the “why” behind the numbers
Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership
Own the Dashboards
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau that people actually use
Create clean, intuitive visualizations that drive decision-making—not just reports that sit in a folder
Deliver KPIs and performance metrics in a way that’s easy to understand and act on
Make Things Better
Identify inefficiencies in current reporting and automate wherever possible
Help enhance BI tools and reporting capabilities
Partner with IT or data teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility
Financial Analyst Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data-heavy finance roles
Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Advanced Excel skills (you know your way around Power Query and large data sets)
Experience working across multiple systems (ERP experience is a plus)
Someone who is naturally curious and enjoys digging into the “why” behind the numbers
Salary up to $120K
