Financial Analyst (Data & BI Focus) The Opportunity This opportunity is built for someone who enjoys getting into the data, building dashboards that actually get used, and helping leadership make smarter decisions—faster. You’ll have the chance to own reporting, improve processes, and bring better visibility to the business through tools like Power BI and Tableau. Financial Analyst Opportunity Highliughts You won’t just be reporting numbers—you’ll help shape decisions Real ownership over dashboards and reporting improvements High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams Strong runway for growth into Senior Analyst or broader FP&A responsibilities Financial Analyst Responsibilities Turn Data into Insight Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for leadership Build out variance analysis and clearly explain the “why” behind the numbers Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership Own the Dashboards Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau that people actually use Create clean, intuitive visualizations that drive decision-making—not just reports that sit in a folder Deliver KPIs and performance metrics in a way that’s easy to understand and act on Make Things Better Identify inefficiencies in current reporting and automate wherever possible Help enhance BI tools and reporting capabilities Partner with IT or data teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility Financial Analyst Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data-heavy finance roles Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Advanced Excel skills (you know your way around Power Query and large data sets) Experience working across multiple systems (ERP experience is a plus) Someone who is naturally curious and enjoys digging into the “why” behind the numbers Salary up to $120K #INAPR2026 #LI-BO1
