Responsibilities High inbound call volume on multi-line phone system Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred Bilingual preferred but not required Part time, must be able to work a flexible schedule including mid-day, evening & weekend shifts Qualifications To successfully secure this position, you must: be a positive, cheerful, mature person with a "smile" in your voice. In addition, you must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
