Provides expertise in advanced business analysis, application development and project management. Maintains mastery of various programming languages, databases, operating systems, and a variety of mobile and web development including, but not limited to C#, VB.net, ASP.net, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, DevOps Tools, Batch & PowerShell Scripting (Windows), Microsoft SQL Server, and a variety of web development and GIS tools. Leads technical experts, business process experts, and external consultants to architect, design, and implement the most complex and mission critical statewide systems for the DOC.
