Title: Account Executive, Supply Club - 31610 Location: San Francisco, CA (2nd St; remote/hybrid options may be considered) Classification: W2 under staffing supplier, Full-Time Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: $30.48/hour Visa Sponsorship: Not availablePosition OverviewA dynamic sales team is seeking an execution-focused Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of a restaurant inventory solution. The role involves high-volume outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales to restaurant decision-makers, with a focus on driving sign ups and ongoing engagement with an inventory platform subscription service. Success in this role is defined by high activity, clear communication, and consistent conversion results.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Pipeline Development: Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using outbound calls, email sequences, and localized prospecting efforts. Identify and prioritize high-potential targets with available lead lists and data-driven insights. Maintain accurate records for all call, lead, and opportunity interactions.Selling & Conversion: Execute outreach to engage decision-makers, manage the sales process end-to-end, and activate new accounts. Deliver tailored, value-based pitches that articulate the benefits of consolidating restaurant inventory needs on the platform. Handle objections, position solutions, and manage all aspects of account activation. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly conversion and activation targets.Account Enablement & Support: Guide new accounts through onboarding processes, including available promotions, credits, and discounted delivery programs. Ensure accounts can efficiently navigate ordering workflows and maximize their platform experience. Communicate and escalate platform, ordering, or logistical issues as needed, following through to resolution.QualificationsPrior experience in inside sales or field sales, ideally in high-volume, phone-heavy settings with aggressive weekly quotas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of high-quality outreach to decision-makers.Demonstrated ability to manage large prospecting volumes while maintaining conversation quality.Data-driven and iterative mentality; comfortable adopting and executing new sales strategies and playbooks.Strong resilience, adaptability, and action-bias in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
