Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Agent located in Las Vegas, NV. The Front Desk Agent will handle daily front desk responsibilities, including welcoming guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, and managing reservation inquiries. The role involves coordinating with other departments to resolve guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, the Front Desk Agent will process payments, manage guest accounts, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Qualifications Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and the ability to provide a welcoming experience for guestsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detailBasic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation and billing systemsProblem-solving abilities and skills in managing multiple tasks efficientlyFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
