Adecco is recruiting for multiple hands-on Fabricator(Plastic / Assembly Focus) positions to join a custom manufacturing team in East Syracuse, NY building equipment for highly regulated industries. This role involves working primarily with plastic materials, using hand tools, reading blueprints, and assembling components to precise specifications.These are temp-to-hire opportunities, paying $18-25/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and drawingsMeasure, cut, and assemble materialsUse hand and power tools dailyAssist with plastic fabrication and welding (training provided)Ensure accuracy and quality in all buildsRequirements:Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility to read blueprints and take accurate measurementsStrong attention to detailMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnPay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
